The sixth Konko-Sama is the eldest son born to the fifth Konko-Sama - the Reverend Heiki Konko and Mrs. Yaeko Konko on June 28, 1966. He was named Hiromichi Konko. He was ordained a minister in June 2006. Thereafter, he always served at the fifth Konko-Sama's side and has been in the position of Director of the Worship Hall Affairs Department. The Reverend Hiromichi Konko was inaugurated as the Spiritual Leader of Konkokyo on March 27, 2021.
